By the end of this eight-part class, participants will be able to recite and understand, in Aramaic, the eight Beatitudes of Jesus from his Sermon on the Mount.  Aramaic is the language that Jesus spoke when he walked the earth and learning his words in his language can give us a deeper understanding of what he taught.  Participants will also learn to sing the Beatitudes in lovely meditative melodies!
